del Alma, owned and operated by Kinn Edwards and Carolyn Krueger, is a New Latin restaurant inspired by the flavors and cuisines of Latin America, the Caribbean, and Spain. del Alma means literally"from the soul", and it is Kinn and Carolyn's desire to create an experience that reflects their passion for excellent service, warm hospitality, and great food.

Chef Mitch Rosenbaum (most recently of Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill in Las Vegas) brings his passion for the fresh, vibrant flavors of Latin America and pairs it with the offerings of the Northwest to create an exciting and unique menu.

Proprietor and bartender Kinn Edwards serves up an array of libations ranging from south-of-the-border classics to contemporary cocktails inspired by local and exotic ingredients. And, an interesting and ever-growing wine list featuring both Old World and New World selections will provide you with the perfect complement to your dinner.
