Eli Nafziner had 14 points to lead South (11-1, 4-1).
South hosts Central and CV (4-8, 2-3) hosts Dallas on Tuesday in each team's next MWC game.
West Albany 52, North Salem 39
West outscored the Vikings 19-8 in the third quarter to erase an 18-17 halftime deficit in the Mid-Willamette Conference win at WAHS.
TJ Zimmerman led the Bulldogs (4-10, 2-4) with 14 points. Luke Killinger added nine and Koby Ruiz and Tanner Madsen had seven apiece.
West plays at Lebanon on Tuesday in its next MWC game.

ADAIR VILLAGE — Patrick Otis had 13 points and Koby Williamson 12 to pace the Eagles in the Mt. Valley Conference game at SC. Josh Baugher added eight.

HALSEY — The host Cobras turned back ELC in the Central Valley Conference showdown.
Central Linn (8-8, 2-2) plays at Oakridge and ELC (8-8, 2-2) visits Jefferson on Saturday in each team's next CVC game.

PHILOMATH — Cascade escaped with the close win in an Oregon West Conference game at PHS.
The Warriors (9-5, 1-2) resume OWC action at Sisters on Tuesday.
Jefferson 52, Regis 44
STAYTON — The Lions upped their winning streak to four games with a victory over the Rams in the Central Valley Conference game.
Jefferson pulled away by outscoring Regis 19-7 in the fourth quarter. Leon Romo Jr. had 13 points, Diego Rodriguez 12 for the Lions.
Jefferson (7-4, 4-0) hosts East Linn Christian in a CVC matchup on Saturday.
Oakland 58, Monroe 56
MONROE — The Dragons saw their losing streak extend to seven games, falling to the Oaks.
Zach Young led the way for the Dragons with 23 points, seven assists, and six rebounds, but missed the game tying layup late in the contest.
Noah Barnhurst added 12 points and six rebounds. Colton Sutton 10 points and seven rebounds. Eric Teran was key defensively for Monroe.
Monroe (5-9, 0-4) travels to Lowell on Saturday.
Pleasant Hill 51, Harrisburg 29
HARRISBURG — The visiting Billies earned the Mt. Valley Conference victory, sending Harrisburg to its fourth loss in a row.
Harrisburg (2-14, 0-3) resumes league play at Creswell on Monday.

AMITY — The Loggers dropped their third consecutive game with a loss to the Warriors.
Scio (4-9, 0-2) travels to Dayton on Tuesday.
LEBANON — The Warriors remained in contention for the Mid-Willamette Conference title with a 42-22 victory over Central. It was the fourth league win in a row for Lebanon.
Ellie Croco had 16 points, Mary Workman had eight points and Megan Miller anchored the defense.
"It was definitely a great team defensive effort," LHS coach Mardy Benedict said. "We held them to two points in the first quarter and just 10 points in the second half so it was a pretty nice win."
Lebanon (9-3, 4-1) resumes league play at West Albany on Tuesday.

SILVERTON — Corvallis fell to the Foxes in a Mid-Willamette Conference game at SHS.
Jordan Taylor had 11 points and Ruby Krebs and Miranda Tucker both had seven for CHS.

The Bulldogs bounced back from a mid-week loss to Corvallis with a win over the Vikings.

The Raiders remained perfect in Mid-Willamette Conference play with a win over the RedHawks.

PHILOMATH — Philomath claimed its eighth win in a row by topping Cascade in the Oregon West Conference game at PHS.

ADAIR VILLAGE — SC outscored La Pine 18-10 in the fourth quarter to earn the Mountain Valley Conference victory.
Audrey Miller had 17 points to lead the Eagles (7-7, 2-0), who have won four of their last five games to pull to .500 on the season. SC resumes league play at Pleasant Hill on Monday.

HALSEY — The Cobras won their second game in a row by topping ELC in the Central Valley Conference game.
Colleen McLaughlin had 16 points for Central Linn. Grace Wilson had nine points and five assists and Emma Roth grabbed eight rebounds for ELC.

The Crescent Valley girls defeated Central and the boys defeat Central and Dallas at Osborn Aquatic Center on Friday.
CV took first place in the girls 200 yard medley relay, the 200 yard freestyle relay and the 400 yard freestyle relay.
The Raiders also took first place in the boys 200 yard medley relay and the 200 yard freestyle relay.
Individual winners for CV girls were Samantha Morag (2:17:80) in the 200 yard freestyle, Sarah Cordier (2:18:36) in the 200 yard IM, Lauren Cordier (27.80) in the 50 yard freestyle, Francesca Criscione (59.81) in the 100 yard butterfly and the 100 yard freestyle (54.65), Anna Reistad (6:46:78) in the 500 yard freestyle, Nova Evans (1:20:34) in the 100 yard backstroke, and Paula Lomonaco (1:17:57) in the 100 yard breaststroke.
Winners for CV boys were Aidan Soule (2:09.69) in the 200 yard freestyle, Trevor Witt (2:18.89) in the 200 yard IM and 500 yard freestyle (5:38.37), Hunter Watkinds (24.28) in the 50 yard freestyle and Cole Robinson (57.85) in the 100 yard freestyle.
West Albany sweeps
West Albany swept North Salem in a Mid-Willamette Conference dual meet on Thursday. The boys took a 133-9 win and the girls won 123-46.
Kieran Van Horsen won the 100 butterfly in 59.34 seconds and was first in the 100 backstroke in 1:04.77.
Braxton Reece won the 200 IM in 2:16.19 and the 100 breaststroke in 1:11.18.
For the girls, Bailey Dickerson was first in the 50 freestyle in 26.64 and in the 100 butterfly in 1:08.45.
Taylor Kelley took first in the 100 backstroke in 1:08.32 and the 200 IM in 2:26.88.
NEWBERG — Sweet Home went 2-1 at the Earl Gillis Invitational. The Huskies defeated David Douglas 51-18 and Milwaukie 58-15 and lost to Newberg 51-22.
Kyle Watkins (106), Robbie Yunke (145), Travis Thorpe (152) and Boe Baxter (160) all went 3-0 for the Huskies.
