FOREST GROVE — The Linn-Benton men’s basketball team defeated the Pacific University junior varsity 101-82 on Wednesday night to improve to 4-2.

Cooper Getsfrid scored 18 points and was one of six Roadrunners to reach double figures. LBCC led 55-38 at halftime and cruised home from there. Lebanon High graduate Ty Hargis led the Boxers with 15 points.

“We pushed the tempo in the first half,” LBCC coach Everett Hartman said. “We were not as productive in the second half but it was enough.”

LBCC hosts the Willamette University JV on Dec. 6 in its next game.
