The Carolina Panthers are on the clock. Two people familiar with the deal say the Panthers have traded up to acquire the No. 1 pick in the draft from the Chicago Bears. In exchange, the Bears will receive Carolina's No. 9 and No. 61 overall picks in this year's draft, a first-round pick in 2024, a second-round pick in 2025 and wide receiver D.J. Moore. Boston College defensive end Mike Mamula didn't have much of an impactful NFL career with the Philadelphia Eagles. But he was a trailblazer in the league nonetheless. He was among the first prospects to train specifically for the drills he'd perform in at the NFL's annual scouting combine in Indianapolis. He killed it and rocketed up the draft board later that year.

Big Super Bowl comebacks have gone from rarities to frequent occurrences thanks to Patrick Mahomes and Tom Brady. Mahomes led Kansas City to its second Super Bowl title in four seasons when the Chiefs rallied from 10 points down at the half to beat the Philadelphia Eagles 38-35. The first championship for Mahomes also required a second-half rally against San Francisco in the 2019 season. 

Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid celebrated his second Super Bowl win and said the feeling never gets old. As long as Reid is dialing up plays and Patrick Mahomes is executing them, the Chiefs will be in contention to get right back into this spot.

The Super Bowl had something for everyone. Long before Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs lifted the Vince Lombardi Trophy, the biggest winner of this NFL season walked onto the field. Damar Hamlin came out to a rousing ovation during a pregame ceremony honoring the men and women who saved his life.
