Recently while at the railroad depot waiting for a ride I watched several drivers run the red light under the Pacific Boulevard overpass. I suggest that the city of Albany install cameras at that and other intersections. The revenue gained would off set "the gaping budgetary hole in the city's public safety system" and thus avoiding closing the Carnegie library.
