I write as a concerned resident of Albany. I’m a father of three adopted kids. Being so, I’m always finding new ways of introducing healthy lifestyle changes to them. Some take and some don’t, but I try.
I was surfing the Web and came across information on water fluoridation and the dangers that lie within this practice. Albany’s tap water is fluoridated at one part per million. Is this a dangerous level? That depends on who you talk to. Is the fluoride going into your system cumulative?
The people of Albany voted for the fluoridation of the water in 1966, 48 years ago. I don’t think people knew what the dangers of fluoridation were in 1966. There have been many tests run since then, and now we do know the dangers of fluoridation. This information is something the people of Albany should know.

Maybe some type of investigative, factual report can be done on this topic?
I’ll be bringing this to the city council’s attention and informing residence of the fluoride danger.
