LINN COUNTY SHERIFF
Stolen vehicle — 10:13 a.m. Monday, 38800 North Main Street, Scio. A dark green Honda Civic “with dents throughout” was reported stolen. The theft occurred from a driveway sometime between 7 and 9:45 a.m.
Hemp theft — 10:39 a.m. Monday, 33500 block Peoria Road. A caller reported trespassers out in a hemp field. Charles Pratt, 39, was arrested on charges of second-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass.

DUII crash — 7:59 p.m. Monday, 30500 block Fairview Road, near Lebanon. Deputies responded to a single-car crash off of Highway 20. Audrey Davis, 36, was transported to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis. She also was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. Her blood alcohol content was .19 percent.
BENTON COUNTY SHERIFF
Injury accident — 4:20 p.m. Saturday, Highway 34 at Salmonberry Road. A deputy was dispatched to a single-vehicle crash on Highway 34 near Salmonberry Campground west of Alsea, where a 2015 Jeep Wrangler went off the road and came to rest 30 feet down an embankment. Driver Barbra Borisch, 77, and passenger Ronald Borisch, 76, both of Kennewick, Washington, were taken by ambulance to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis, where they were treated and released.
