Burglary — 10:37 p.m. Tuesday, 3000 block Northwest Thistle Place. A woman returning from vacation reported that sometime in the previous week an unknown person had stolen a laptop and jewelry after entering her residence through an unlocked garage door.
DUII crash — 1:40 a.m. Wednesday, Northwest Sixth Street and Van Buren. An officer arrested Paul Kenneth McGee, 49, of Nashville, after he reportedly high centered his car on a barrier near the train tracks. McGee was charged with DUII and reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent.

Identity theft — From Tuesday afternoon. David Thomas Ramsdell, 32, of Lebanon, was charged with identity theft, computer crime and second-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred on April 18. The Albany Police Department investigated the case.
Witness tampering — From Wednesday afternoon. Kyle Isaiah Jaco, 29, of Albany, was charged with solicitation to commit tampering with a witness and conspiracy to commit tampering with a witness. The crimes allegedly occurred on Saturday and Sunday. The Albany Police Department investigated the case.
Identity theft — From Wednesday afternoon. Igor Ramos-Desouza, 26, of Albany, was charged with nine counts of identity theft, nine counts of computer crime and one count of first-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred on Tuesday. The Albany Police Department investigated the case.
