A Sweet Home man accused of two counts of manslaughter regarding an alleged drunk driving car crash was released from the Linn County Jail last week after his mother posted his bail.

McIntire is charged with first-degree manslaughter, second-degree manslaughter, driving under the influence of intoxicants and two counts of fourth-degree assault.

Stormy Barge, 24, and Emma Pulido, 5, were killed in the crash on Brush Creek Road, near Crawfordsville. The crash occurred at about 6:15 p.m. on July 23.
