Fences for Fido, a Portland-based volunteer group that works to provide enclosed yards to get dogs off chains, will be in Lebanon on Saturday for its second Linn County project. The first was in Albany in November.
Former Lebanon resident Kelly Peterson, who works for the Humane Society of the United States in Portland, is one of the group’s organizers. She’ll be on hand at Saturday’s “build.”
Volunteers are welcome. Anyone who wants to volunteer, or who wants more information about Fences for Fido, should e-mail Peterson at firstname.lastname@example.org.
