SWEET HOME — Thirteen adults were arrested and charged with drug-related crimes about 8 a.m. Wednesday when officers from the Sweet Home Police Department, the Linn County Interagency Narcotics Team, Linn County SWAT and the Linn County Sheriff’s Office served a narcotics-related search warrant at 3133 Main St.

Sweet Home Police Chief Jeff Lynn said that officers seized methamphetamine, heroin, prescription medications, electronics, surveillance equipment, ammunition, drug packaging materials, drug paraphernalia, scales and cash. No guns were found in the search, Lynn said.

Lynn said the narcotics investigation was opened by the Sweet Home Police Department several months ago due to ongoing frequent short-stay traffic and suspicious activity related to the occupants at the residence.

“We knew there might be several individuals at the home, so we enlisted the aid of the Linn County SWAT Team, which has experience in handling larger-number operations,” he said.

“It’s been a problem house for a while,” Lynn said.

The following people were arrested and charged as a result of the investigation:

• Michael Alan Walker, 54, was taken into custody and charged with possession of methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine and frequenting a place where controlled substances are used or sold. He was booked and transported to the Linn County Jail.

• Kathy Ann Walker, 54, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine and frequenting a place where controlled substances are used or sold. She was transported to the Linn County Jail.

• Linn Philip Davenport, 56, and Frederick Wilkins Cadger, 50, were charged with possession of methamphetamine and frequenting a place where controlled substances are use or sold. They were transported to the Linn County Jail.

Charged with possession of methamphetamine and frequenting a place where controlled substances are used or sold were: Amanda Rae Stafford, 42; Raymond Wayne Littell, 42; Stephanie Lynn Arnold, 44; Leesa Joanne Perdue, 43; Tianee Lee Levey, 21; Buzz Star Dodson Jr., 20; and Darrell George Berrigan Jr., 45. All were booked, cited and released.

The investigation continues and anyone with information can call Detective Cyndi Pichardo at 541-367-5181.
