On Jan. 23, officers responded to the area of the 100 block of West Cedar Street in Lebanon to investigate sighting of a female was inside a caller’s vehicle. Baker was arrested, and authorities found that she had mail from multiple addresses in her possession.

She faces charges of third-degree theft, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and nine counts of mail theft.

Lebanon Police Department has recovered a small amount of stolen mail, which will be returned to the recipients. The rest of the mail has not been recovered and the investigation is continuing.

Those with information about the case should call Detective Justin McCubbins at 541-451-1751, ext. 4346.
