Becker, his Unknown Heirs and All Other Persons or Parties Unknown, Claiming any Right, Title, Lien or Interest in the Property Described in the Complaint Herein IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OF OREGON, you are hereby required to appear and defend the Complaint filed against you in the above entitled action on or before the expiration of 30 days from the date of first publication of this Summons; if you fail to so appear and answer, Plaintiff will apply to the above-entitled court for the relief prayed for in its complaint to-wit: (1) Requiring that Defendant, and all other persons or parties unknown, set forth the nature of their claims, if any, in the Benton County, Oregon real property as described below for the court to determine all such adverse claims and thereafter declaring that Plaintiffs are the fee simple owners of said real property and entitled to ongoing and continuous possession thereof, free and clear of any claim or interest of said Defendants and those claiming under said Defendants and quieting title in the premises in the name of Plaintiffs; (2) Enjoining the Defendants and those claiming under Defendants from asserting any claim or interest in the real property or any portion thereof; (3) Awarding Plaintiffs their costs and disbursements and granting such other relief as may be just and equitable. The Benton County, Oregon, real property to which this cause of action and complaint pertains is specifically described as follows: PARCEL I: Part of sections 15 and 22 in Township 14 South, Range 5 West of Willamette Meridian, described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the northeast corner of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of said Section 15; thence south along the east line of said southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of section 15; and the east line of Lot 2 in said Section 22, 38.76 chains to the southeast corner of said Lot 2; thence west along the south line of said Lot 2 and Lot 1 in said Section 22, 25.36 chains to the southeast corner of tract conveyed to Benton County, Oregon, a municipal corporation by deed recorded May 23, 1930 in Book 83 page 126 deed records; thence north 0º39' east 8 chains to a 1 inch pipe; thence north 89º45' west 5 chains to the east line of tract conveyed to Mary Jennings by deed recorded March 2, 1920 in Book 67 page 52 deed records; thence north 0º03' east along the east line of said Jennings tract 30.76 chains to the north line of Lot 5 in said Section 15; thence east along said north line and the north line of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of said Section 15, 30.25 chains to the point of beginning, in Benton County, Oregon. PARCEL II: Beginning at a point on the north line 15.74 chains south 89º45' east of the northwest corner of C. B. Hinton Donation Land Claim No. 48, Township 14 south Range 5 west of the Willamette Meridian in Benton County, Oregon; and running thence north 0º39' east along the west line of Francis M. Stow's land 8.00 chains to a 3/4" pipe; thence south 89º45' east 5.00 chains to a 1" pipe; thence south 0º39' west 8.00 chains to the north line of said claim; thence north 89º45' west 5.00 chains to the place of beginning, in Benton County, Oregon.
