SALEM — The West Albany boys won seven events while the girls captured eight as both teams won on the road.
In the boys 112-57 win, Evan Podrabsky won a pair of individual events and was part of the winning 400 relay team.
Kieran Van Horsen won the 200 IM and led off for both the winning 200 relay and 400 relay teams.
The girls were led by Bailey Dickerson and Eve Vetter, who both won two individual events and swam on the two Bulldog teams that won their relays.
Coach Babette Romancier said that both teams performed well. She noted that Zack Romancier had his best times of the season and that Sam Montgomery also swam well.
For the girls, Romancier said that Eve Vetter performed well in the 100 butterfly.
“She was aggressive and it paid off,” Romancier said.
Bailey Dickerson also pushed herself, getting her best times of the season in both the 200 IM and the 100 breaststroke.
