WOODBURN — Lebanon used a big first quarter to cruise to a 56-35 road win at Woodburn in Mid-Willamette Conference girls basketball.
Madi Cox was a force for the Warriors with 10 points, four assists and three steals. Cassidy Wittrig had a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds.
Lebanon (8-5, 1-2 Mid-Willamette) hosts Central on Tuesday.
Coquille 56, Harrisburg 26
HARRISBURG — The Eagles struggled at the offensive end of the court as fell to visiting Coquille.
Sierra Briggs had 17 points to lead all scorers. The Eagles fell to 3-12 overall and 0-5 in Mountain Valley Conference play.
Harrisburg travels to Glide on Tueday.
Western Mennonite 47, East Linn Christian 31
SALEM — The Eagles fell in the Tri-River Conference road game.
East Linn (7-7, 0-4) plays at Central Linn on Tuesday.
Kennedy 52, Central Linn 28
MT. ANGEL — Central Linn fell behind early and could not catch up in the road loss to Kennedy.
The Cobras are 10-6 overall and fall to 1-3 in Tri-River Conference play.
Coach Marcus Campbell said his team had trouble with the pressure Kennedy put on the team.
Kasey McLaughlin and Amanda Wright led Central Linn with ten points each.
The Cobras host East Linn Christian on Tuesday.
Dallas 70, South Albany 28
DALLAS — The Rebels lost a tough game at Dallas.
Paige Diller had 10 points for South (4-9, 0-3 Mid-Willamette) who plays at Silverton next Wednesday.
Santiam Christian 41, Westside Christian 34
ADAIR VILLAGE — Megan Fullbright had a big night for Santiam Christian in a home win over Westside Christian.
The senior post had 15 points and 19 rebounds, 15 of those rebounds coming in the first half.
Jocelyn Porath added 14 points for SC (11-3) who remains undefeated at 4-0 in West Valley League play.
Next up the Eagles travel to Dayton on Tuesday.
