Volleyball

Chelsea Hartman (Lebanon) had 11 kills and two block assists Saturday in Southern Oregon's three-set home sweep of Northwest Christian.

Kalyssa Koontz (Santiam Christian) had one kill and one block assist for Northwest Christian.

Friday, Hartman had eight kills and one dig in a three-set home sweep of Corban.

Tiffany Land (Santiam Christian) had four kills, one dig, one stuff block and two block assists for Corban.

Also Friday, Koontz had one assist and one dig in a three-set loss at Oregon Tech in Klamath Falls.

Saturday, Land had four kills, two service aces, two digs, one stuff block and five block assists in a four-set loss at Oregon Tech.

Ali Krebs (Lebanon) had 23 assists and one dig Friday in Southern Virginia's 3-set home sweep of Randolph in Buena Vista, Va.

A day earlier, Krebs had one kill, 30 assists, one dig and one block assist in a four-game home win against Virginia Intermont.

Sarah Burkey (South Albany) had two digs Friday in George Fox's three-set home sweep of Linfield in Newberg.

Football

Brandon Martin (Sweet Home) had five solo tackles and three assists Saturday in Whitworth's 21-21 home win against Pacific Lutheran in Spokane, Wash.

Among his tackles, Martin had 2.5 for loss for minus-7 yards and a half-sack for minus-3 yards.

He also had a 1-yard carry.

Cross country

Cameron Eberhart (West Albany) was 19th to lead George Fox in Saturday's Northwest Conference championship meet at McIver Park near Estacada.

He completed the 8,000-meter (5-mile course) in 26 minutes, 34 seconds.

George Fox was ninth of nine teams.

Bethany's Antony Earley (South Albany) ran a time of 21:21 for 6,000 meters (3.7 miles) Friday in the Bethany Pre-Conference Time Trial in Santa Cruz, Calif.

Corban's Caleb Goins (East Linn Christian) and Cory Shields (Jefferson) were named to the Cascade Collegiate Conference academic all-conference team.

Portland State's Stephanie Deever (West Albany) was 52nd in Saturday's Big Sky Conference championship meet in Greeley, Colo.

She finished the 5,240-meter (3.26-mile) course in 22 minutes, 15 seconds.

Portland State was eighth of nine teams.
