The Linn-Benton Community College men's basketball team torched the nets Tuesday night in a 147-88 win over the Multnomah University junior varsity.
Eight Roadrunners scored in double figures, with Everett Brandt recording a game-high 28 points along with seven rebounds.
Trey Ecker had 17 points and seven rebounds, Taylor Jensen 14 points and nine rebounds, and Trent Van Cleave 13 points and eight assists. Adam Harvey, Bailey Evers and Carter Flora all chipped in with 16 points.
Multnomah was led by Max Upchurch with 23 points and Stephen Sedlock with 22.
LBCC coach Everett Hartman was pleased with his team's offensive performance and ball movement that resulted in 38 assists. His team shot 62 percent from the field.
The Roadrunners (2-0) head next to Lakewood, Washington, for the Pierce Thanksgiving Tournament. They will play Green River at 4 p.m. Friday at Pierce College.
