Oregon State football player Sean Martin was arrested and released early Sunday morning.
Martin was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants and eluding Corvallis Police, according to the Benton County Sheriff’s Office.
Historically, players are suspended a game for first-time offenses under OSU’s Student-Athlete Conduct Code. Coach Mike Riley was unavailable for comment late Sunday.
Martin, from Corona, Calif., has been a reserve cornerback his first three seasons. He redshirted in 2009, played in nine games as a special teams players as a freshman and played in three games last season.
