While out shopping this afternoon I noticed a discrepancy regarding handicapped parking at some of our major stores here in Albany. Costco has 19, whereas both Kohl's and WinCo only have eight each. Does that mean not as many handicapped shoppers are welcome at the last two stores?
I do know there is a law regarding how many handicap spaces per regular parking spaces, and they may be obeying that law. It seems to me these stores could be more open/welcoming to their shoppers.
