Albany InReach Services is the beneficiary of a 1,000 doses of flu vaccine donated by ATI Wah Chang to help vaccinate anyone who is under-insured in Linn County.

The donation is the result of an overage of the vaccinations according to ATI’s Manager of Safety and Health, Wally Shreves. The company is providing them to InReach Services because of its exceptional community service he said.

InReach will work with its partners throughout Linn County to distribute the free doses.

Samaritan Albany Occupational Medicine is storing the flu vaccinations. A Linn County Health Department immunization nurse and Samaritan pharmacist are supervising Oregon State University College of Pharmacy students in leading the free flu vaccination clinics.

To make an appointment, or for more information about InReach, call the clinic at 541-812-4059.
