LINN COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT
From Monday afternoon:
Domestic assault — Shawna Kay Leth, 23, of Scio, was charged with two counts of felony fourth-degree assault (domestic violence). The crimes allegedly occurred on Saturday, and the victim was an adult male.
Theft of forest products — Steven Wayne Richardson, 41, of Sweet Home, was charged with criminal driving while suspended or revoked, two counts of cutting or transporting special forest products without a permit, first-degree theft and theft by receiving. Those crimes allegedly occurred on Feb. 8, 2017, and more than $1,000 in property was taken from BLM land. In a separate case, he was charged with felony failure to appear from an incident June 12, 2017. In a third case, Richardson was charged with felony and misdemeanor attempt to elude a police officer (by vehicle and by foot), reckless driving and possession of methamphetamine. Those crimes allegedly occurred on July 1, 2017.
Public indecency — No time listed, Monday, 700 block Waverly Drive N.E. Jacob Serrano, 42, was arrested on a charge of felony public indecency.
LINN COUNTY SHERIFF
Burglary — 2:47 p.m. Sunday, 50500 block Highway 20. A caller reported items being stolen from their property, including car batteries, a tent, other camping items, a brush mower, weed trimmer and more.
Stolen Honda – 6:29 p.m. Sunday, 400 block Second Street, Harrisburg. A 1996 Honda Civic was reported stolen. The vehicle was unlocked and taken from a residential driveway.
Stolen Honda — 6:11 p.m. Saturday, 2000 block S. Santiam Highway. A baby blue 1989 two-door Honda Civic was reported stolen.
Stolen Honda — 10:47 a.m. Sunday, 3400 block Hawk Arrow Drive. A gray 1997 Honda Accord was reported stolen.
Burglary — 11:05 a.m. Monday, Bigfoot Bites, 1112 S. Main St. The walk-in freezer behind the restaurant was broken into overnight. About 25 boxes of food items, including tater tots, French fries, chicken, beef and six tubs of ice cream were stolen from the freezer.
