Hit and run — A male driver rear ended a vehicle in the Albany Station lot, then left the area on Monday at about 4:40 p.m.
Arrow through residence — A woman reported at 9:41 p.m. Monday that an arrow had been shot through the outside wall on the back of her residence in the 2300 block of Columbus Street S.E. She did not know when this occurred. Details were not available.
Stolen pond — A pond and accessories were taken from Oil Can Henry’s, 1757 Pacific Blvd. S.E. The theft was reported at 8:41 a.m. Tuesday, and occurred during the previous night.

Dog bite — An 8-year-old was bitten in the upper lip by a friend’s great Dane and taken to the emergency room at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital. The incident was reported at 9:51 a.m. Monday. The victim’s family was dog sitting. The dog, which was unlicensed, must be quarantined for 10 days.
Recovered vehicle — A stolen Lexus from Marion County was recovered on the property of a seed warehouse in the 34000 block of Looney Lane at 12:43 p.m. Monday. The person who reported finding the vehicle said it was discovered Sunday, tucked into the trees.
Stolen vehicle — A heavy equipment roller worth $100,000 was reported stolen Tuesday morning from the area near milepost 16 on Quartzville Road. The roller was taken from a construction site the previous night.

DUII, reckless driving — An off-duty trooper reported a driver going more than 100 mph and almost hitting other vehicles at 10:11 a.m. on Interstate 5 northbound near Brownsville. Hans Vester, 64, of Willits, Calif., was arrested on charges of DUII and reckless driving. His blood-alcohol-content was .26 percent.
DUII crash — Corey Popp, 37, of Bend was cited on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving after a crash at 6:16 p.m. Sunday on Highway 20 near Quartzville Road. Popp lost control on a corner and flipped his Ford F150 on its side. He was transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital with minor injuries.
100 mph DUII — A motorcyclist clocked at 102 mph on his Ducati was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants Sunday night on Interstate 5 southbound near the Boston Mill overpass. Charles Halton, 33, of Portland had a blood-alcohol-content of .18 percent.
