Stolen pickup — 3:12 p.m. Monday, Brookshore Apartments, 15th Avenue. A pickup for a yard maintenance business was stolen. Equipment was in the back of the rig. Witnesses said they saw a white male enter the truck and drive away. The vehicle was unlocked and had the keys in the ignition. The vehicle was recovered Tuesday afternoon near Millersburg. No arrest has been made in the case.
Bike robbery — 3:50 p.m. Monday, 800 block of Geary Street S.E. A 17-year-old male reported that he had his bicycle forcibly taken from him by an unknown adult male, who threatened to beat him up if he didn’t give him the bike.
Linn County Sheriff
Theft — 11:42 a.m. Monday, 300 block of Washington Street, near Lebanon. A trombone, action figures, a bass guitar and guitar cords and equipment were reported stolen. The loss value was about $625. The thefts occurred sometime between Dec. 20 and Dec. 29. The victim was moving and his house was left unattended.
Littering — 7:08 a.m. Tuesday, 36900 block of Scravel Hill Road. An Oregon State Police trooper reported that 10 bags of garbage were dumped in a ditch.
Stolen vehicle — 7:10 a.m. Tuesday, 1500 block of Main Street, Lyons. A caller reported that a 2000 Mazda 626 had been stolen sometime the previous night.
Stolen fridge — 10:29 a.m. Tuesday, 36300 block of Airport Road. A refrigerator was stolen from a house between Oct. 7 and Nov. 20. No damage was done to the property.

100 mph speeding — 9:19 p.m. Friday, Highway 99E. Guy Mallott, 48, of Oak Ridge was cited for speeding at more than 100 mph. He was allegedly driving 101 mph in his Chevrolet HHR. The presumptive fine for such a citation is $1,150. Mallott also was cited for no operator’s license.
DUII crash — 2:28 a.m. Saturday, Highway 34 near Seven Mile Lane. Ryan Leland Cray, 23, of Albany was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving and second-degree criminal mischief. A trooper responded to a report of a vehicle crashed into a fence. Cray stated he was drunk, consented to standardized field sobriety tests and “failed miserably.” He was taken to the Linn County Jail, where his blood-alcohol content was 0.23 percent.
100 mph speeding — 8:20 p.m. Sunday, Interstate 5 northbound near Tangent Drive. Marcos Rincon, 33, of Las Vegas was cited for speeding at 101 mph in his Lexus sedan. The citation carries a presumptive fine of $1,150. He said he was trying to catch up to a car that cut him off.
Stolen vehicle — 8:17 a.m. Monday, E. Vine Street and Main Street. A 1965 brown Chevrolet Suburban was taken sometime between 6:30 a.m. and 7 a.m.
