Felon with firearm — Heather Rachelle Greenwalt, 36, of Sweet Home, was charged with felon in possession of a firearm. The crime allegedly occurred on Friday. Lebanon Police Department was the arresting agency, and Greenwalt was taken into custody after a SWAT raid in Sweet Home.
Heroin delivery — Zachary Mitchell Johnson, 24, of Sweet Home, was charged with delivery and possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine, felon in possession of a firearm and felon in possession of a restricted weapon. The crimes allegedly occurred on Friday. The charging document states that Johnson was in possession of a deadly or dangerous weapon for the purpose of using it in connection with a controlled substance. Besides a firearm, Johnson had a spring-loaded knife. The Lebanon Police Department was the arresting agency, and Johnson was taken into custody after a SWAT raid in Sweet Home.
Felon with a firearm — Kaleb Royal Taylor, 32, of Albany, was charged with felon in possession of a firearm. The crime allegedly took place on Jan. 26. The Sweet Home Police Department was the arresting agency.
Heroin delivery — Logan Kenneth White, 26, of Sweet Home, was charged with delivery and possession of heroin and unlawful possession of firearms. The crimes allegedly took place on Oct. 1. White had a handgun concealed on his person, according to the charging document. In a second case, White was charged with second-degree theft and identity theft. Those crimes took place on Nov. 24, the charging document states. In another case, White was charged with possession of methamphetamine and heroin, two counts of first-degree theft and possession of a destructive device. Those crimes allegedly occurred on Friday, and the destructive device was blasting caps, according to court paperwork. The charging document states that the theft charges are in regards to two stolen firearms. White’s bail for all three cases totaled $35,000. The Lebanon Police Department was the arresting agency for the third case, and White was arrested after a SWAT raid at his residence on Friday.
Sex crimes trial scheduled — From Thursday morning. A four-day jury trial was scheduled to start on Oct. 15 for Terry Allen Pepiot of Harrisburg. Pepiot is charged with six counts of first-degree sex abuse, four counts of first-degree sodomy, two counts of second-degree sex abuse and two counts of fourth-degree assault.
