LEBANON POLICE

Rude neighbors — 3:23 p.m. Tuesday, 200 block of Market Street. A caller reported that her neighbors were “rude, disrespectful and generally poor neighbors.” She was advised to minimize contact with them and to record any unavoidable contacts.

SWEET HOME POLICE

Missing generator — 12:35 p.m. Tuesday, 3000 block of Main St. A caller reported that someone stole a generator valued at more than $250.

LINN COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT

From Monday afternoon:

Assault  Kenneth Eugene Lane Jr., 39, was charged with felony fourth-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief. The crimes allegedly occurred on Friday. His bail was set at $30,000. The Albany Police Department was the arresting agency.

Burglary  Scheri Jene Oliver, 36, of Albany, was charged with second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred on Friday. The trespass and burglary occurred in the 31800 block Headgate Road in Lebanon, and the criminal mischief charge was regarding a broken window. Her bail was set at $25,000.

From Tuesday afternoon:

Forgery  Leesa Joanne Perdue, 43, of Sweet Home, was charged with two counts of first-degree possession of a forged instrument. The crimes allegedly occurred at a grocery store and coffee stand on Sept. 18, and the items were counterfeit $100 bills, according to the charging document. In another case, Perdue was charged with identity theft, second-degree theft and second-degree forgery. The crimes allegedly occurred in January and the forged item was a personal check from another woman. Her bail was set at $12,500 for both cases combined.

Unlawful use of a weapon  Adam Ray Schumann, 31, of Gates, was charged with coercion (with a firearm), unlawful use of a weapon (with a firearm), menacing and two counts of harassment. The crimes allegedly occurred on Monday, and the Linn County Sheriff’s Office was the arresting agency.

From Wednesday afternoon:

Attempted burglary  Paul Edward Grinter Jr., 54, of Brownsville, was charged with attempted first-degree burglary and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. The crimes allegedly occurred on Tuesday, and the attempted burglary was in the 500 block of Loucks Way in Brownsville, according to court paperwork. The Linn County Sheriff's Office was the arresting agency in the case.

Burglary  Richard Lee Kintzley, 29, of Sweet Home, was charged with second-degree burglary, possession of heroin and possession of methamphetamine. The crimes allegedly occurred on April 10, and the burglary was in the 28100 block of Ridgeway Road in Sweet Home, according to the charging document. The Linn County Sheriff's Office was the arresting agency in the case. 

Attempt to elude – Brandon Franklin Pruett, 26, of Salem, was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer (by vehicle), recklessly endangering another person and possession of methamphetamine. The crimes allegedly occurred on Tuesday. The state has filed a notice of intent to seek an enhanced sentence in the case. The Albany Police Department was the arresting agency in the case.
