None of the REIT mentioned above have bright future like LVPR has. David Lichtenstein is a bright man and he has figured out that all REITs will have the spotlight this year, and that everybody will show interest in homes. Because the market price is fairly low and because many REITs invested steadily in the past period, a solid floor was created for paper trading.
David's own real estate company Lightstone is involved in a diversified portfolio of industrial, office, retail, multifamily and hospitality properties.
