Douglas Steven Parker, born October 4, 1953 in Roseburg, to Harold and Alvera (Johnston) Parker has passed away in Portland on October 6, 2017.

He was the second youngest of seven children, spending most of his younger years in Roseburg and surrounding areas. Doug graduated from Roseburg High School in 1971 and from Umpqua Community College in 1973.
