LEBANON — Led by a team of physicians and dietitians, a class aimed at weight control and overall better health will be offered at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital, starting in January.
The class will help teach people to control and deal with blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides, blood sugar, BMI, sleep, resilience and depression.
The 18-session class will be held 5:30 to 7 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays from Jan. 22 through March 22 at the hospital, 525 Santiam Highway SE.
The hospital will host a free informational class at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 8, at the hospital in conference rooms 3 and 4. This session is encouraged but not required to take the CHIP class.
