ATM theft — 9:48 a.m. Wednesday, Central Willamette Credit Union, 905 29th Avenue S.W. An ATM was broken into and a small amount of cash was stolen.

Heroin arrest — 11:50 a.m. Thursday, Linn County Jail. Dillon Dakota Fuller, 23, of Lebanon, was arrested on charges of delivery and possession of heroin. His initial bail was set at $30,000, and he was scheduled for an initial court hearing on the charges today. Fuller was arrested after a search warrant was served Thursday at a residence in the 31800 block of Lawrence Street in Lebanon. Three other people were arrested or cited on drug possession charges. Firearms, suspected stolen property digital scales and other items were seized during the investigation. The search warrant was a result of a long-term investigation that included tips from the public.
Smoke inhalation — 1:38 a.m. Thursday, 32200 block Diamond Hill Drive. Fire personnel responded to a report of a possible house fire. A residence with three occupants was filled with smoke. Investigation revealed that a section of pipe fell off a diesel furnace and filled the residence with fumes. Two adults were transported to the hospital with smoke inhalation-type medical issues.
