LEBANON - The public is invited to take part in Shrubba Hubba - a day of tree and shrub planting at Cheadle Lake - starting at 9 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7.
The event is sponsored by the Lebanon Community Foundation. Participants are asked to bring planting tools and to dress appropriately for fall weather.
The 100-acre Cheadle Lake on Weirich Drive is being developed as a community events center and is part of the Build Lebanon Trails project. Volunteers have set a goal of building more than 50 miles of hiking trails in the community.
