Dr. Takiko May and the Rev. Wes Sedlacek from Samaritan Albany General Hospital will speak about expressing your wishes for care when potentially facing your mortality at two presentations next week. They are scheduled for 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, and noon to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11, in the community conference room at Samaritan Medical & Diagnostics Center, 400 Hickory St. N.W., Albany. Light refreshments will be provided.

The pair will provide information about general advanced medical planning as well as the Advance Directive and Physician Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment documents.
