Eric Moreland did not play in Oregon State’s 80-70 home loss to No. 4 Arizona on Saturday.

Moreland and Victor Robbins are still serving suspensions for violations of team rules.

Coach Craig Robinson said Robbins will play next Saturday at USC, but will wait until Monday to decide on Moreland.

Robinson said both players have taken the suspensions well.

“As about as good as you can under the situation,” Robinson said. “I’ve been very pleased with their reaction and their disappointment and their contrition.”

Meanwhile, the rest of the roster played a solid game against the Wildcats.

Devon Collier had another strong performance in a starting role, this time with 13 points and 15 rebounds.

Ahmad Starks had 18, Joe Burton had 15 points and eight rebounds and Roberto Nelson had 15 points.

“I thought we played a lot better than we played the other night,” Robinson said. “I was really pleased with our effort, I was really pleased with our execution for probably 85 percent of the time, which is not good enough. We have to have that 100 percent of the time. The effort was fantastic.”
